Objective
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer / Animator to produce high-quality animated content that brings digital products, brand stories, and marketing campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in motion graphics, UI animation, and explainer videos, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms.
This role requires a creative professional who can lead animation projects from concept to final delivery, collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams, and ensure all visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & Animation
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animated explainers, and product walkthrough videos.
- Animate mobile app interfaces, UI flows, and digital product demonstrations.
- Design and animate icons, typography, infographics, and visual elements.
- Produce short-form animations for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop engaging visual storytelling through motion design to simplify complex concepts.
Creative Development
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into compelling animated content.
- Contribute ideas for visual storytelling, transitions, and motion design approaches.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualizations when required.
- Ensure all animations align with brand identity and design guidelines.
Production & Execution
- Manage animation projects from concept, design, animation, to final delivery.
- Integrate motion graphics into live-action footage when required.
- Handle video editing, compositing, and sound synchronization.
- Optimize animations for multiple platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with designers, editors, and creative teams during production.
- Provide creative direction and maintain high visual quality across projects.
- Manage multiple animation projects while meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills RequiredMotion & Animation Tools
Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Additional tools (preferred):
- Cinema 4D or Blender (for basic 3D elements)
- Figma (for UI design references)
Animation Skills
- Strong understanding of motion design principles
- Expertise in 2D animation and motion graphics
- Ability to animate UI/UX interfaces and product demos
- Knowledge of kinetic typography and infographic animation
- Experience with compositing and visual effects
Additional Skills (Plus)
- Experience with camera tracking and compositing
- Knowledge of sound design and video editing
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated content.
- Experience working on digital products, fintech, tech, or corporate brands is a plus.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social platforms.
