Develop, maintain, and optimize dynamic, responsive, user-friendly web applications as part of a software development team.
The role calls for collaboration with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using AngularJS.
- Build responsive, interactive, and reusable user interface components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into frontend applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver application features.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Find and resolve bugs, performance issues, and browser compatibility problems.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure frontend practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Maintain existing applications and implement enhancements based on business requirements.
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on AngularJS 1.x development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, AJAX, and asynchronous programming.
- Understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture and AngularJS controllers, services, directives, filters, and dependency injection.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- Knowledge of browser developer tools, debugging, and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile-responsive interfaces.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Bootstrap, jQuery, and CSS frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Node.js and frontend build tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of modern Angular, TypeScript, or migration from AngularJS to newer frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of web application security, including XSS prevention and secure API integration, is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–5,500 per month.
Location and workplace
- Dubai location is required.
- Work location is in person.
