• This is a Board Member seat for an experienced professional ready to contribute both strategic guidance and angel investment capital.

• ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic direction and governance oversight
• Leverage your network to open media, legal, or industry partnerships
• Advise on editorial, commercial, and growth strategy
• Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual/in-person)
• Support fundraising, brand positioning, and business development
• Represent Forensic Times at relevant professional events, panels, and networks
• Actively participate in conferences, expos, summits, and industry events as a Forensic Times Board representative (travel and event-specific costs discussed case by case)
• Serve as a trusted voice and ambassador for the platform within your professional community

💰 INVESTMENT & COMPENSATION

• Capital Contribution: Angel investment required (amount discussed privately)
• Equity: Negotiable ownership stake in Forensic Times
• Profit Sharing: Percentage of net profits upon milestone achievement
• Board Seat: Formal governance role with voting rights
