Schedule
- Part-Time: 10 Hours/Weekly, Weekends 7:00 am-7:30 pm with holiday/on call rotation as needed
- General Summary
- Performs a variety of duties to assist the Anesthesiologist/Nurse Anesthetist/Surgical team with clinical procedures. Prepares and sets up operating room with required supplies and equipment. Cleans equipment and rooms and restocks supplies and medications.
Qualifications
- Qualifications Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Work Experience:
- 2 years Anesthesia Technician experience. Required
- Licenses:
- Certified Anesthesia Technician Upon Hire Preferred

Responsibilities
- Essential Functions:
- Prepares and sets up operating room with required supplies and equipment.
- Cleans and stocks all operating rooms and supply carts with necessary anesthesia supplies and emergency drugs.
- Cleans and sterilizes all equipment used in the administration of anesthesia.
- Monitors departmental supply levels and orders supplies as necessary.
- Common Expectations:
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Participates in educational programs and in-service/department meetings.
- Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
- Attends meetings as required.
