Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anesthesia Specialist with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our dynamic medical team.
The Anesthesia Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthetic care, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to excellent perioperative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough preoperative evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer anesthesia safely during surgical procedures, monitoring patients closely throughout
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive perioperative care
- Manage postoperative pain and monitor recovery from anesthesia
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with DHA regulations and hospital protocols
- Stay updated with the latest anesthetic techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of residency in Anesthesia
- Valid DHA license for anesthesia practice
- At least 3 years of clinical experience as an Anesthesia Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
