Internship
Android Engineer Intern position for six months.
What you will do
- Work with product managers and designers to build new and key Android app features.
- Analyze and optimize Android app performance and reliability with Android teammates.
- Apply Android design principles so the app works intuitively.
- Own projects from design discussion through implementation and deployment.
- Write clean, modular, functionally correct code with unit tests and participate in code reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin.
- Proven ability to ship stable, high-performance Android apps from start to finish.
- Strong computer science background and understanding of the Android framework, best practices, and design patterns.
- Ability to manage complexity and collaborate with engineering, design, and product stakeholders.
- User empathy, integrity, resourcefulness, persistence, and focus on impact and results.
- A knack for UX and design.
