About The Role
This role is responsible for developing and managing in-house analytics and reporting system tailored to Hashtag and Starfish’s social media and influencer marketing operations.
The position focuses on building a custom, AI-enabled analytics solution that tracks user engagement, audience behavior, and campaign performance, while delivering actionable insights through intuitive dashboards.
The role is execution-driven, requiring a strong balance of technical capability and business understanding.
1. Analytics Platform Development
➢ Support the development of a custom analytics platform for social media and influencer campaigns
➢ Build and maintain systems for data collection, processing, and reporting
➢ Ensure scalability and reliability of the platform as usage grows
2. Data Tracking & Reporting
- ➢ Track and analyze:
- User engagement metrics (reach, impressions, interactions, conversions)
- Audience behavior and segmentation
- Campaign and influencer performance
- ➢ Develop custom reports aligned with client and internal requirements
- ➢ Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort
3. AI Integration & Insights
- ➢ Implement AI tools to:
- Generate insights from campaign and audience data
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
- Support predictive and recommendation-based analytics
- ➢ Continuously explore relevant AI tools to enhance analytics capability
4. Dashboard Development
➢ Design and build interactive dashboards for internal teams and leadership
➢ Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and aligned with business needs
➢ Enable customization based on campaign, client, or platform requirements
5. System Integration
- ➢ Integrate analytics tools with:
- Starfish (influencer marketing workflows)
- Hashtag’s social media operations
- ➢ Ensure seamless data flow across platforms and tools 6.
- Continuous Improvement
- ➢ Enhance system features based on feedback from teams and leadership
- ➢ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
- ➢ Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, analytics, and marketing technology
Key Competencies
➢ Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting frameworks
➢ Hands-on experience with AI tools and analytics platforms
➢ Experience in building or working with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
➢ Basic to intermediate knowledge of data engineering concepts (APIs, data pipelines, etc.)
➢ Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions
➢ Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
