Lead analytics for Retail and Central Store Operations, shaping direction and tackling complex business challenges.
Lead analysts to uncover opportunities and turn data into decisions that improve customer, colleague, and commercial outcomes.
Key accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an inclusive, high-performing analyst team focused on impact and continuous improvement.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities and set priorities around business value.
- Lead analytics, insight, and data product delivery to improve customer, colleague, commercial, and operational outcomes.
- Champion experimentation, AI, automation, and self-service analytics to improve decisions and productivity.
- Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Technology on trusted, scalable analytical solutions.
- Promote sound measurement, governance, storytelling, and evidence-based decisions.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong analytics and insight experience in retail or a similarly complex operational environment.
- Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including partnering with senior leaders.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and experimentation to business problems and opportunities.
