Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide marketplace operations with analysis, forecasting, and reporting; maintain weekly rideshare reporting and expertise in marketplace trends.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve existing marketplace products and develop new ones.
• Analyze marketplace product and financial levers and recommend improvements and responses to problem areas.
• Evaluate marketplace decisions and identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular leadership business reviews and track, report, and reconcile program budget allocations.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize feedback into plans, processes, and playbooks.

Experience and qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data and/or financial analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Strong attention to detail and experience developing processes to reduce human error.
• Proficiency in SQL and quantitative analysis, including analysis of large datasets and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Ability to develop outcome-driven recommendations and execution plans and present findings to different audiences.
• Problem-solving drive and ability to work with ambiguity and change.
