Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modelling, and profitability analysis.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance indicators for senior management.
Support strategic initiatives involving acquisitions, growth, and business transformation.
Manage multiple strategic and operational projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational processes.
Support optimization of ERP systems, analytical tools, and dashboards.
Support U.S. expansion through financial analysis and development of new financial and operational structures.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA designation is mandatory.
At least five years of relevant experience and mandatory project accounting experience.
Experience in construction, engineering, or a project-based environment.
Acquisitions, integration, growth, or transformation experience is an asset.
Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools.
Power BI and/or Acumatica experience is an asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills.
Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
