Role overview

What you'll do

• Create and manage product-level forecasts.
• Manage inventory and replenishment flows from vendors to stores.
• Manage vendors to ensure forecast and flow requirements are executed to defined targets and standards.
• Coordinate goods flow through the network with transport, distribution, and vendors.
• Maintain data relating to forecasts, products, and vendor attributes.
• Lead process improvement efforts, primarily with vendors, focused on improving KPIs.

What you'll need

• Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
• Two to three years of retail or wholesale grocery experience is an asset.
• Be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Be capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Excel.
• SAP and JDA Manugistics experience are assets; previous retail experience is also an asset.
• Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.

Compensation

• Hiring range is $52,000 to $71,500 per year; pay may take experience, knowledge, and location into account.
