Analyst / Senior Analyst – Investment Structuring & Fund Operations

About This Role

We are a top‑tier wealth and asset management firm in the GCC , with a strong track record across alternative investments and structured products. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a high‑caliber Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Dubai‑based team, supporting and leading activities across investment structuring, fund operations, governance, and financial oversight.

This role provides end‑to‑end exposure to the lifecycle of investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior management, boards, regulators, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Structuring & Product Execution

• Assist with or lead the structuring and execution of new investment products and transactions
• Review and contribute to the development and execution of fund and deal documentation
• Manage the launch, trading, and ongoing operation of new and existing products in coordination with administrators
• Oversee ongoing structures, including accounting, cost management, warehousing, and loan repayments

Fund Documentation & Regulatory Coordination

• Manage the review and execution of all fund‑related legal, regulatory, and operational documentation
• Liaise with external legal counsel, advisors, fund administrators, and regulators to obtain required approvals
• Contribute to investor negotiations by reviewing and discussing PPMs, side letters, distribution agreements, and term sheets

Governance & Board Management

• Manage and coordinate Board meetings across all entities within the structure
• Prepare and review board materials and minutes, manage attendance of directors and internal stakeholders, and coordinate with administrators

Regulated Entity Oversight

• Support the management of the firm’s regulated Investment Manager abroad including:
• Review of management accounts, audits, operating costs, and fee collection
• Updating business plans and reviewing documentation related to new transactions

Financial Reporting & Audit

• Review financial statements and management accounts for entities within the structure
• Liaise with auditors to manage annual audits and financial statement preparation
• Support audit processes and address audit queries as required

Fund Flows, Fees & Distributions

• Monitor costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Manage fee collection processes to ensure timely and regular collection
• Manage distributions end‑to‑end, including documentation, board approvals, fund flows, and execution
• Oversee quarterly distributions and NAV preparation and review for European and US real estate investments

Experience

• Analyst: 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Senior Analyst: 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience within wealth or asset management, private equity, real estate, credit, fund administration, investment banking, or professional services is strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are advantageous

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of fund structures, investment vehicles, and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing investment and fund documentation (PPMs, LPAs, side letters, distribution agreements)
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across jurisdictions
• Proactive, ownership‑driven approach with the ability to operate independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
