Analyst, ROC Product

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities, evaluate experiment performance, and define business metrics.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements for new or enhanced ROC products; research industry and competitor trends.
• Create process diagrams, use cases, and business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Audit claims for inconsistencies and quality; analyze EOB statements and adjust accounts under claims processing criteria.
• Audit patient claims daily to support accurate, maximum insurance reimbursement.
• Communicate project insights, monitor performance metrics, investigate changes, and report weekly to the Senior Manager of Billing Operations.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or at least 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in product analysis or dental or medical billing operations.
• Knowledge of QSI software applications.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
• Ability to read and interpret EOBs.
• Prior customer service experience.
