What You Will Do *

  • Review different types of shop invoices for engine maintenance services included in our maintenance plan, ensuring the information is correct and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Create Sales Orders using engine utilization data to support the Finance team in revenue activities.
  • Update and maintain data across various internal systems and help prepare reports related to engine maintenance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support digital initiatives by sharing ideas and helping streamline workflows.
  • Work closely with teams such as Business, Customer Management, Digital, Finance, and Cost Analysis to complete tasks smoothly and respond to contract data questions.
  • Assist with digital transformation efforts by using basic Power BI and SQL skills to improve data analysis and reporting.
  • What You Will Learn
  • As a Contract Analyst in the Pay-per-Hour (PPH) India team, you will be responsible to execute tasks and perform data analysis in support of engine maintenance agreements. Your role will entail understanding and performing a wide array of deliverables required to support the contract management of a portfolio of PPH contracts. Working closely with the customer service representatives, finance account managers and MRO specialists, you will act a subject matter expert on financial and operational data related to PPH contracts. You will be expected to provide recommendations for process improvements and enable digital transformation initiatives.
  • Qualifications You Must Have *
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0–3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Aviation, MRO, or Operations is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge or prior exposure to SAP SD, SAP CRM, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
