Overview
We are looking to hire an
Analyst – Pricing and Demand
who will be responsible for supporting revenue optimisation, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and performance analytics for our client based in
Dubai
, which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with initial contract duration of 7 months and renewable based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze performance data and recommend pricing strategies, tariff structures, and product mix to optimize revenue and utilization
- Develop and maintain yield management and dynamic pricing models
- Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, utilisation, and yield, and identify performance gaps
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights
- Support concession and tender processes with pricing and commercial analysis
- Monitor performance of outsourced operators and ensure commercial governance
- Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across systems
- Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing and
- Strong knowledge of pricing, demand forecasting, and financial modelling
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, forecasting)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Understanding of dynamic pricing and yield management principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in parking, transport, aviation, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.

- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
