Position overview
Own the data work behind Marketing campaigns, from audience selection and list checks through cost analysis and results reporting.
This is a temporary individual-contributor role with hands-on responsibility for the end-to-end workflow.
Campaign audiences and data quality
- Build audience lists from campaign or program criteria using client and prospect data and eligibility and consent rules.
- Deliver lists to the marketing-platform team and confirm the approved version was sent.
- Validate self-built and colleague-built lists, record results, and hold back lists that fail the team standard.
Cost, taxonomy, and reporting
- Validate budget, effort, and spend data before using it in reports; connect campaign costs to results by channel and campaign.
- Reconcile reporting totals with Finance and move owned reports from legacy sources to validated sources without interruption.
- Apply consistent campaign, tactic, and channel classifications across targeting, cost, and reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and add budget and return views when data is validated.
- Automate refresh and quality checks through AI-assisted workflows, measure time saved, and maintain output quality.
- Document report definitions, sources, and changes so people and Copilot interpret reporting consistently.
Analysis and continuity
- Analyze campaign, client, and channel data and present the question, findings, confidence, and decision implications.
- Separate cause from correlation, test where possible, and record decisions informed by each insight.
- Write procedures, document logic and scripts, and train a backup to run each owned area.
