Responsibilities
- The Deduction Analyst will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer deductions by gathering and reviewing supporting documentation, analyzing deduction data, and validating claims against customer agreements and company policies. The role includes processing credit memos for approved deductions, initiating chargebacks for invalid claims, coordinating with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to obtain required information, managing disputes through customer portals, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items. The individual will also prepare account-level reports and insights to support collections, drive effective dispute management, and improve overall cash flow performance.
