Experience

  • Experience supporting creation and updates of work instructions or procedural documents
  • Exposure to working with SMEs and business stakeholders
  • Exposure to content updates driven by change or BAU improvements
  • Strong written communication and structured documentation.
  • Translate processes into clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Supports stakeholder engagement and workshops
  • Applies authoring standards within NABit/SharePoint
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency in content
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering or related field

  • Apply OE methodologies and tools in structured delivery
