Troubleshoots complex systems used by students, staff, and faculty across the University.
Responds to complex technical issues and participates in long-term business application and enterprise system projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least six years of programming and application integration experience; web environment experience is preferred.
- HTML, CSS, Groovy/Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, and automation scripting are required.
- Knowledge of database principles and APIs; demonstrated use of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL, and LDAP/Active Directory.
- Experience designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting applications on Linux and Windows.
- Familiarity with Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Infosilem, and Transact is an asset; project management experience is also an asset.
- Able to advise users and peers, work effectively in a team, communicate proactively, and continue professional learning.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex systems issues and resolve technical problems for university users.
- Participate in business application and enterprise resource planning system projects.
- Design, build, install, configure, and support applications on Linux and Windows.
- Provide technical assistance and communicate with users, vendors, and stakeholders.
