Responsibilities

• Respond to written requests about annuity contracts, products, benefits, provisions, values, and procedures.
• Process transactions and refer other policy modifications to appropriate teams.
• Use multiple systems to provide complete responses and support special campaigns.
• Identify quality and training opportunities, contribute to process improvement, and help identify bottlenecks.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of life insurance and annuities experience.
• Elite customer service experience and understanding of insurance products and related organizations.
• Strong communication, listening, organizational, computer, math, and analytical skills.
• Complete required background checks and drug screening; be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Work environment and schedule

• Position is fully remote within the United States; a laptop will be provided.
• Training lasts 2–4 weeks, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30/5:00 p.m. Eastern.
• Regular Monday–Friday shift is 8 hours within core business hours of 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern.
