Selected candidates participate in the Cedar Rapids Accounting and Finance Rotation Program, gaining varied work experiences within the Cedar Rapids Finance team.
Available experiences include Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Accounting, Program Planning and Control, and Contracts and Pricing.
The program offers professional development, mentoring, and networking.
What you will do
- Participate in financial planning, including cost-reduction analysis, earned value management, and general and administrative accounting and budget processes.
- Review revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Provide data, policy, and practice information to external consultants and advisors, such as tax advisors and accounting firms.
- Provide functional or operational employees with information to help them manage their financial responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or a related major obtained by the start date.
- Experience in Excel.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

- The stated salary range is USD 57,200–108,800 per year.
