Position overview

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and workflow requirements and facilitate discussions with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Configure, test and maintain Epic Compass Rose solutions; support population health and care-management workflows.
• Coordinate system testing, enhancements, upgrades and production releases; investigate application, workflow and data-quality issues.
• Maintain system and process documentation, communicate project progress, risks and recommendations, and guide users.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose; five years is specified as required.
• Five or more years of Epic application analysis, configuration, implementation or production-support experience.
• Experience supporting population health or care-management programs; knowledge of healthcare workflows, EHR data and medical claims.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions; strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Associate degree or higher in healthcare, information systems, business or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Certification

• Epic Compass Rose Clinical Build certification is listed as preferred in the certification section.

Hours

• Expected hours are 40 per week.
