Requirements

  • Gathering: Skill in translating departmental operational pain points into technical documentation and digital solutions. AI Engineering & Technology AI Tool Proficiency: Operational fluency with Gemini AI tools, custom Gems, and NotebookLM for data synthesis and workflow streamlining. Prompt Engineering: Practical mastery of prompt engineering principles to optimize model outputs. Workflow Automation & Governance: Familiarity with workflow automation and registering internal AI tools per company governance guidelines. Soft Skills & Leadership Communication & Presentation: Ability to effectively present data-driven recommendations and strategic reports to key stakeholders. Adaptability & Initiative: Self-starter mindset with strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills. Mentorship & Collaboration: Passion for teaching and guiding peers in adopting new digital workflows and analytical tools. Function Specific Skills Proven capability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot process bottlenecks, and execute root-cause problem solving. Strong knowledge of EQC operational systems, including high proficiency in OPUS and Looker platforms.
