Analyst, Enterprise IT VMO

Position summary

Governance and contract management

• Review statements of work, amendments, correspondence, and vendor agreements for commercial, cost, schedule, performance, and reputational risks.
• Administer VMO data, processes, tools, platforms, and governance activities with stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare scorecards, dashboards, performance reports, and meeting materials; maintain issue, risk, decision, and action trackers through closure.
• Monitor contractual, organizational, and policy compliance and performance against KPIs and SLAs; flag deviations and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate vendor assessments, governance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.

Reporting and analytics

• Produce weekly and monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, invoice status reports, and resource demand forecasts for leadership.
• Synthesize vendor and financial data into presentations and frameworks for decision-making.
• Develop demand forecasts across VMO portfolios, levels of aggregation, and time horizons.
• Analyze commercial risks, budget variances, schedule issues, and quality issues to support recommendations and action plans.

Invoice and purchasing management

• Manage invoice validation, error identification, tracking, reconciliation, workflow approvals, and routing for timely payment.
• Support purchasing and procurement, including purchase order creation and vendor agreement administration.
• Work with Finance, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate VMO system-of-record data, including in Fieldglass, Ariba, and Workday.

Stakeholder collaboration

• Build productive relationships with internal teams and coordinate vendor inquiries, data requests, and governance activities.
• Assist with enterprise projects, data collection and analysis, and VMO initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of operational, administrative, or analytical experience in vendor management, procurement, IT sourcing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commercial and business acumen and ability to analyze vendor, contractual, financial, and operational information, exercise judgment, and escalate risks or recommend actions.
