Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote Analyst role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data from web, mobile, and digital campaigns to generate actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
The role involves the analyst building website/apps/full stack software services with the usage multiple languages if necessary
Daily tasks include building reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating user behavior and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, processing, and interpretation for digital or technology-focused environments.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar platforms).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of web performance metrics, user behavior analysis, and conversion funnels; familiarity with A/B testing is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare concise reports and client-ready presentations.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with development, design, and marketing teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital agencies, web development companies, or SaaS environments is an advantage; familiarity with the Dubai or GCC market is a plus.
- Efficient at Claude Code, Codex, and other LLM models
