Role overview
Forecast product demand across channels to support optimal sales-to-stock ratios.
Report to the Manager, Demand Planning & Analytics and collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Market Intelligence, Supply Planning, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Develop product-category demand views based on seasonality, product life cycle, and sales drivers.
- Maintain demand and supply data integrity and analyze and set inventory reserves in SAP SUPs.
- Refine demand planning models and systems as assumptions change.
- Analyze order books, invoices, cancellations, gross margin, and other data.
- Partner with Supply Planning on inventory turnover and open-to-buy goals.
- Analyze actual-versus-target forecasts, investigate root causes, and troubleshoot variances.
- Monitor targets through sales analysis, inventory flow, and capacity models.
- Join weekly cross-functional reviews of open orders, financial plans, and stock levels.
- Create, maintain, or improve processes and resources in SAP FMS, BI, and SAC.
- Adhere to company policies, ethics, values, and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent education, experience, and training is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or supply chain is required.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- Experience with SAP FMS, BI, or SAC is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales and inventory flow, measurements, and metrics; strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize data into insights, work accurately under tight timelines, and collaborate across departments.

- The posted salary range is $67,000–$71,000; no pay cadence is specified.
