Role overview

The role supports funding-management and Customer Care operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and automation.

It creates and maintains reports using patient data and dashboards, supports Power BI solutions, and turns data into insights for fact-based decisions.

The role supports migrations across systems including SAP, SAP CRM ICE, S/4HANA, and PCRM.

The analyst collaborates with operational teams, cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, patients, Field Sales teams, and Technical Consultants.

Main responsibilities

  • Create and improve operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; translate stakeholder requirements into reporting and data solutions.
  • Maintain data accuracy, quality, and completeness; investigate discrepancies, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Present analysis and recommendations, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Support automation, data cleansing, master-data management, and data migration, including S/4HANA migration.
  • Investigate data and system issues during testing and implementation and collaborate on cross-functional improvement projects.

Required qualifications

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a similar operational environment, ideally in healthcare.
  • Have commercial acumen and relevant professional experience, or a degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have strong analytical skills and proven experience in process analysis, reporting, and data-based problem-solving.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer-oriented collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate, and related data and automation technologies.

Preferred qualifications

  • System-migration experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in funding, accounts, or customer-support operations in medical-device, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diabetes therapies or medical devices and understanding of the UK healthcare system, including NHS funding pathways, are preferred.

Expected results

Maintain continuity of funding through accurate and timely reporting.

Reduce manual administration, processing time, errors, rework, and data-related issues.

Improve process efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and visibility of operational performance and trends.

Deliver demonstrable benefits from reporting, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives, and support successful, accurate data transition to S/4HANA.

Benefits

  • MiniMed states that it offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
