The Client Service team provides proactive, client-centred service to clients and related parties.
The Analyst supports end-to-end client experience alongside the global Client Service team, bridging client service and investment operations.
Responsibilities
- Support timely delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
- Support client, management, and regulatory reporting and audit confirmations, and address related queries.
- Coordinate on operational queries involving funds under management, capital activity, and fee and expense reporting.
- Check own work and ensure reporting deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including streamlining client reports.
- Support team and wider-business projects and initiatives as needed.
Background and experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Financial Services, or another relevant area.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services or asset management.
- Client Service or Investor Relations experience is preferred.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand financial services and superannuation or pension fund operations, particularly compliance, client service, and tax service functions.
- Communicate technical financial and investment-related content effectively in writing and verbally.
