The Analyst III, Business Systems contributes to systems analysis by documenting requirements, supporting system design, and helping validate solutions.

Participate in walkthroughs and testing support activities. Collaborate with technical teams to understand system behavior.

Support creation of diagrams and specifications. May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Document system requirements and user stories.

Exposure to system modeling or testing practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

3+ years in systems analysis or related tech focused analytical work.

Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
