Analyst / Associate, Pricing & Commercial Operations (Bilingual English and German/Dutch)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and margin goals across products, channels, segments, and geographies.
• Develop scalable processes and high-performance teams to manage large, midsize, and small deals.
• Help global sales teams move quickly and customize solutions for customers and partners.
• Review discount approval requests and assess deal-level competitive dynamics to maximize gross margin.
• Monitor sales incentive program success and engagement to grow revenue.
• Identify revenue and margin opportunities through independent projects, then build and scale solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to scale the EMEA office.

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and German or Dutch; ideally fluent in both German and Dutch.
• 1–2 years of experience in a business-oriented function.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong quantitative capabilities and ability to engage at portfolio and deal level.
• Willingness to work hands-on with data.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is unavailable for this role.

Bonus experience

• Experience selling or pricing enterprise products is a bonus.
• Experience using agentic AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to automate processes or create internal tools is a bonus.
