Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years experience in analog circuit design preferably in high voltage and power domain.
  • Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering and basic analog and digital building blocks.
  • Ability to develop and read simple digital logic circuits.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and risks and develop structured execution plans
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, take the initiative and drive for results
  • Ability to take decisions for self work and seek help when needed.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and willingness to learn from experts
