2 AMP Bootcamp Instructors General: Working under the direction of the Math coordinator, the AMP Bootcamp instructor will be responsible for teaching an accelerated math course for students moving up to the Accelerated Math Class for Grade 8. Qualifications: Certified Mathematics teacher Previous experience in teaching AMP preferred Responsibilities: Preparation, instruction and assessment for an accelerated math class. The program will run for 2 weeks from 8 am to 10 am for a total of 16 hours plus preparation.( June 22nd-July 2nd) To maintain student records Communicate with parents as needed. Reports to: Paige Crowley, Math Coordinator Appointment: Annual Remuneration: $2,000 per instructor per course
