Amazon, Noon & Trendyol Executive (E-Commerce Marketplace Executive)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords, and product attributes.
• Monitor product visibility, rankings, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Manage inventory levels, stock updates, and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, customer queries, and marketplace issues.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (PPC) and monitor performance to improve ROI.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, conversion rates, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product performance.
• Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Trendyol Seller Panel.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace platforms.
• Experience in product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
• Knowledge of online advertising campaigns and sales analytics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple products/SKUs and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, or other marketplace management roles.
• Experience in UAE e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.Employment
