About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Amazon Growth Expert with an in-depth understanding of Amazon operations, advertising, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating sales growth, strengthening marketplace visibility, and driving measurable business results through advanced analytics, content optimization, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive significant and sustainable growth in Amazon sales.
· Advertising & PPC Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) and DSP campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and visibility.
· Listing Optimization: Continuously improve product listings, titles, A+ content, and storefront design to enhance search ranking, traffic, and conversions.
· Data Analysis & Insights: Track and interpret key performance indicators (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, RoAS, and BSR) to identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
· Market & Competitor Research: Conduct detailed benchmarking to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages.
· Brand Consistency: Maintain a premium and consistent brand presence through optimized visuals, reviews management, and enhanced content.
· Inventory Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand, ensure stock availability, and prevent inventory gaps.
· Campaign Management: Execute seasonal campaigns and platform events in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
· Marketplace Expansion: Identify and explore potential for growth across new Amazon regions and international marketplaces.
· Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience managing Amazon accounts with measurable sales growth results.
Expertise
· Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations.
· Hands-on experience in campaign optimization, keyword strategy, and sales analytics.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Attribution.
· Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and develop insight-based strategies.
· Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to combine analytical insights with innovative marketing approaches.
· Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Amazon Advertising or E-commerce certifications preferred.
