Role Overview
The role is an Assistant Manager or Manager position in Internal Audit.
The successful candidate will plan and execute internal audits across the business and present findings to the Audit Committee.
Compensation
- Compensation is ₹12–16 lakhs per annum.
Team and Experience
- The team size is expected to be 2–5 members.
- The role requires 2–5 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should hold CA, Inter CA, or Inter ICWA qualifications.
- Key experience areas include audit committee interaction, audit scoping, complex business handling, and strong writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan audit scope and coverage across business functions and locations.
- Execute internal audits for complex business processes and prepare detailed reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee.
- Track closure of audit observations with process owners.
- Mentor junior audit team members.
Requirements
- Have CA, Inter CA, or Inter ICWA qualifications and 2–5 years of internal audit experience.
- Demonstrate strong scoping and audit planning skills for complex businesses.
- Demonstrate excellent report-writing and presentation skills for audit committee interactions.
