About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a
qualified Site Engineer
to join our team and oversee aluminum work projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for aluminum and glazing works
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation
- Resolve site issues and coordinate technical solutions with the factory and design team
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status
- Ensure proper material handling, site logistics, and manpower allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- as a Site Engineer in aluminum, façade, or glazing works
- A valid UAE driving license
- is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, site execution, and installation details
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with UAE site standards and consultant requirements
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
