Overview
We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
to join our office team and handle quantity take-off, cost estimation, and quotation preparation for aluminum and glazing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural and shop drawings for aluminum, façade, and glazing works
- Use
AutoCAD
- to measure and calculate quantities accurately
- Prepare detailed
- BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Prepare and issue
- quotations, tender pricing, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain material pricing
- Verify project specifications, system requirements, and scope details
- Ensure quotations are aligned with project drawings and client requirements
- Support management with value engineering and cost optimization proposals
- Maintain records of pricing, project costs, and quotation history
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- in quantity surveying or estimation for aluminum, façade, or glazing works
- Strong
- AutoCAD skills
- for quantity take-off and drawing review
- Experience in preparing
- BOQs, tenders, and quotations
- Good understanding of aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and installation methods
- Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills
- Office-based role with strong attention to detail and accuracy
