Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication and installation of aluminum and glass works as per technical specifications.
- Supervise the workforce on-site and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
- Monitor daily tasks and ensure workers adhere to technical and safety standards.
- Have in-depth knowledge of various aluminum profiles and their applications.
- Prepare progress reports and submit them to the management.
- Ensure effective use of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technicians to ensure the availability of materials and equipment on time.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aluminum and glass work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of different aluminum profiles.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Commitment to deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, efficient decisions.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
