Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Aluminum Fabricator role based in Dubai.

The Aluminum Fabricator will interpret technical drawings and measurements to cut, shape, drill, and assemble aluminum components for window, door and related structures.

Daily tasks include operating hand and power tools, machinery, and cutting equipment; fitting and joining aluminum profiles; and ensuring accurate alignment and high-quality finishes.

The role involves inspecting materials and finished products for defects, performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment, and adhering to safety standards and workplace procedures.

The Aluminum Fabricator will collaborate with supervisors, designers, and other team members to meet production deadlines and support continuous improvement in fabrication processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in aluminum fabrication, including cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling aluminum doors and window and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery, with a strong focus on safety and equipment care.
  • Solid understanding of workshop safety practices, PPE usage, and safe handling of materials and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address fitment issues, material variances, and on-site installation requirements.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production, design, and installation teams.
  • Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a workshop environment.
  • Previous experience in furniture, interior fit-out, or metal works industries is highly beneficial.
  • Basic education with relevant technical training or certification in fabrication, welding, or metalwork is an advantage.
  • Willingness to follow company procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
