Role overview
Manage and coordinate aluminium, glass, and facade projects from planning through execution and handover.
The role requires technical knowledge of facade systems, site installation, shop drawings, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution and coordinate site activities, fabrication, procurement, and installation.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents; supervise installation of curtain walls, structural glazing, windows, doors, ACP cladding, and other facade systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams; monitor progress, manpower, materials, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements; attend meetings, resolve technical issues, and report progress.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in aluminium and facade projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, aluminium windows and doors, and cladding systems.
- Experience with shop drawing review, site execution, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- UAE facade project experience is preferred.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role based on-site in the UAE.
