  • Maintain configuration and validation rules.
  • Execute business-as-usual data updates, bulk uploads, and configuration changes under governance standards.

Operational Support

  • Support start-of-day data readiness through pre-batch availability checks, batch monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Perform post-batch validation before trading activity.
  • Monitor batch cycles and resolve failures before trading begins.
  • Ensure data is complete and fit for front-office consumption.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking data availability metrics.
  • Coordinate with end-to-end test teams to support effective use of data metrics.
  • Support client EDM Professional Services and Model Office teams with testing and management.
  • Assist in automating data validation and testing.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and issue resolution.
  • Support timely delivery of client solution and change initiatives using accurate data.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with order management systems such as AIM, Charles River, or Aladdin.
  • Expertise in security master and reference data management.
  • Understanding of front-to-back investment data flows and financial instruments.
  • Hands-on data quality management, exception handling, reconciliation, and root cause analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
