Job Descriptions:
Job Purpose:
This role serves as a Techno‑Functional Consultant responsible for translating ALM Risk (Liquidity and IRRBB) business requirements into technical specifications for Client enabling end‑to‑end automation of regulatory reporting using the Power BI platform. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI implementation, including data modelling, dataset and report development, reconciliation, and controls, along with experience in design reviews, testing, UAT, documentation, ad‑hoc reporting, process documentation, and user training. The consultant will ensure accuracy, auditability, and consistency of automated outputs with existing ALM systems and regulatory expectations
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Risk and IRRBB.
- Translate business requirements into IT specifications.
- Validate automated Liquidity/IRRBB outputs.
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, queries, data science basics, analysis services like OLAP cube, MDX queries, MS excel.
- Understanding of Power BI models (report creation) and data pipelines
- Ability to use AI/GenAI tools (e.g. copilots) for documentation, analytics, testing support and SQL assistance.
- Strong communication, proactive attitude, stakeholder coordination
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in either finance, IT, Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science.
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in BI implementation or Functional Support in ALM or Treasury sector
- Good understanding of treasury products, Basel regulations
- Exposure to technology – SQL databases, queries, reporting tools like power BI
- Ability to handle large datasets
- Effective communication
