About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact

Sales Alliances Manager

to drive strategic partnerships and alliance-led revenue growth across the Middle East region.

The role will focus on building, managing, and monetizing relationships with global technology partners, hyperscalers, and ecosystem players to accelerate business outcomes.

1. Alliance Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute alliance strategy aligned with regional business goals
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners (e.g., hyperscalers, SaaS providers, OEMs)
  • Build joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners

2. Revenue Ownership

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue through alliance-led opportunities
  • Co-sell with partners and support deal closure across key accounts
  • Track and deliver alliance-driven bookings and revenue targets

3. Relationship Management

  • Establish C-level and senior stakeholder relationships within partner organizations
  • Act as the primary interface between internal sales teams and alliance partners
  • Ensure strong partner engagement, governance, and cadence

4. GTM & Market Development

  • Lead joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Enable sales teams on partner offerings, value propositions, and solutions
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and new market segments

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams
  • Align alliance initiatives with verticals (BFSI, Retail, Energy, etc.)
  • Support RFPs/RFIs with partner-backed solutions

• Enterprise Platforms: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle

  • Niche/Strategic ISVs and regional partners

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in alliance management within IT services or consulting
  • Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of cloud, digital, and enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-shaping capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

  • MBA preferred
