We are a unisex salon, seeking a skilled and customer-focused All-Rounder Beautician to join our salon team.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in nail services, facial treatments, and basic makeup application, with a passion for beauty and excellent client care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing a variety of beauty services and creating a positive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilitiesnail Services
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
- Apply and remove gel polish and nail extensions (if experienced).
- Maintain nail hygiene and ensure proper sanitation of tools and equipment.
- Recommend suitable nail care products and treatments.
Facial & Skincare Services
- Conduct skin analysis and consultations.
- Perform basic and advanced facial treatments according to salon standards.
- Provide cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and skincare treatments.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and aftercare advice.
Makeup Services
- Provide basic makeup services for events, parties, and special occasions.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable makeup looks based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of makeup tools and products.
General Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Assist with salon promotions, product sales, and client retention initiatives.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Pay: AED1,557.47 - AED5,290.04 per month
