All Around Beautician
About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in skincare, hair removal, nail care, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Hair removal (waxing, threading, sugaring, etc.)
- Manicure and pedicure services
- Nail art, gel polish, and nail extensions
- Eyebrow shaping and tinting
- Eyelash extensions and lifts (if trained)
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene of all equipment and workstations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Promote salon services and retail products to clients.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
- Sales and upselling skills for retail products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
