نبذة عن الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مسؤول تقنية معلومات وتطوير ويب لديه خبرة لإدارة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل الشركة، بالإضافة إلى إدارة الإيميلات الرسمية والموقع الإلكتروني. تعمل الشركة في مجال إنشاء وتجهيز الملاعب الرياضية والصالـات ومراكز اللياقة البدنية.
المهام الوظيفية:
إدارة وصيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللابتوبات
إدارة الشبكة الداخلية (LAN / Wi-Fi) وضمان كفاءتها
إعداد وإدارة الإيميلات الرسمية (Outlook / Microsoft 365 / Domain Emails)
إنشاء وإدارة مجموعات البريد الإلكتروني (Email Groups)
إدارة الدومين والاستضافة (Hosting & Domain)
تطوير وتحديث الموقع الإلكتروني للشركة
تقديم الدعم الفني وحل مشاكل الـ IT للموظفين
تأمين الأنظمة والبيانات (Security & Backup)
متابعة السيرفرات والأنظمة (إن وجدت)
التنسيق مع فريق السوشيال ميديا بخصوص التحديثات التقنية
إدارة الأنظمة الداخلية مثل ERP أو CRM إن وجدت
المتطلبات:
خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات
خبرة في Microsoft 365 و Outlook
معرفة قوية بالشبكات
خبرة في تطوير المواقع (WordPress / HTML / CSS)
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
مميزات إضافية:
خبرة في الأمن السيبراني
معرفة بأنظمة النسخ الاحتياطي
خبرة في الخدمات السحابية
