Airworthiness Review Lead

Requirements

• · BSc in a relevant Technical Management discipline or equivalent.
• · Have formal aeronautical maintenance training.
• · Have recent auditing experience in a Continuing Airworthiness controlled environment.
• · Substantial experience as an engineering manager within a Maintenance & Support environment, including significant direct experience of managing and maintaining continuing airworthiness (min 5 years).
• · Extensive experience and knowledge of CAw process and practices.
• · Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills/experience, with lean management principles.
• · Effective, highly credible communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• · Good knowledge of standard aircraft maintenance systems and practices (fast Mil Air).
• · Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• · Comprehensive understanding of aircraft records.
• · Good understanding of project management techniques.

• · E&PW Awareness- Standard Course Specification.
• · ITAR Awareness- Standard Course Specification.
