  • Build a solid understanding of airport operations through three key work placements: In Network Operations Control at Etihad HQ, the Hub Control Center and in Aircraft Dispatch at Abu Dhabi Airport. This ensures you gain a well-rounded experience across critical areas of the operation.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check-in, boarding, arrivals), ensuring exceptional customer service and full compliance with safety, security, brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets.
  • Coordinate on-shift operations with internal and external stakeholders, including airline teams, handling partners, service providers, and local authorities, ensuring clear briefings, real-time updates, and effective communication.
  • Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including the planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guests.
  • Liaise with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption and support emergency response.
