Job Purpose
Ensure aircraft cabins meet premium quality, appearance, safety, and maintenance standards before aircraft release.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cabin quality standards across all cabin classes.
- Oversee Daily Cabin Check (DCC) activities and defect rectification.
- Ensure compliance with cabin maintenance procedures and quality standards.
- Identify recurring cabin defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare cabin quality reports, KPI tracking, and audit findings.
- Coordinate with MCC, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Escalate major cabin quality issues impacting passenger experience or safety.
Education
- Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Quality, IT, or related field
OR
- High School qualification with relevant aviation experience
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in aircraft cabin/interior maintenance.
- Experience in cabin inspections, quality control, or audits preferred.
- Knowledge of DCC processes, cabin materials, and cosmetic standards.
Preferred Certifications
- Aviation Quality / Inspection / Audit certification
- Cabin standards or Human Factors training
