Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• **Own the interface between Design and Engineering:**
• Establishing and enforcing the design engineering contract specifications, tooling, and workflows to move design from prototype to coded solution within a design system
• **User Research:**
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• **Design Systems:**
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Familiarity with vibe coding and visual design tools like Lovable/cursor/Figma Make or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design and development work.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
